As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for operating and improving fully automated production lines. You monitor the process, adjust settings and take action when performance drops or deviations occur. In general, your tasks are:

• Operating and monitoring fully automated production equipment.
• Performing set-ups, changeovers, line cleaning and line clearances.
• Troubleshooting process disturbances and restoring line performance.
• Adjusting mechanical settings and process parameters to improve output.
• Performing minor technical adjustments and basic equipment checks.
• Checking and documenting production data in SAP/MES systems.
• Supporting deviation handling, triage and root cause analysis.
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities, such as Lean, RCA and 5WHY.
• Working safely and according to GMP, SOPs and fixed procedures.

Functievereisten

This role is a good fit for a technical operator who enjoys working with automated equipment and wants to understand why a line performs well or starts to drift. You do not need to know every system from day one, but experience with automated production lines and technical problem-solving is important. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in an automated production environment.
• Technical insight and strong understanding of machines, processes and settings.
• Experience with troubleshooting methods, such as RCA or 5WHY.
• Able to work with standard procedures and clear work instructions.
• Willingness to work in a 3 or 5-shift schedule.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP/MES, GMP or Lean is a strong advantage.
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background.

• Salary up to €4.700,- gross per month including shift allowance.
