Functieomschrijving
As Team Leader – High Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 75 to 100 employees. You oversee the entire production process, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a large production team.
- Monitoring daily production activities and ensuring planning targets are achieved.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
- Conducting performance and absence-related discussions with team members.
- Resolving operational issues and responding quickly to production challenges.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Working closely with other departments to achieve production goals.
- Reporting operational results and improvement initiatives to the Production Manager.
Working Hours
This position is based in Venlo and is performed in a two-shift schedule. Occasionally, you'll be required to work during a weekend shift when needed.

- A completed MBO-level education or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Experience leading teams within a production or manufacturing environment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
