Functieomschrijving
As a Process Operator, you are the key link within the pilot plant. Every day, you'll carry out experiments and produce pilot batches of innovative food products. You'll work with a wide range of advanced equipment and process technologies, including spray dryers and filtration systems. Safety, quality, and efficiency are always your top priorities.
You will independently set up and run pilot trials for a variety of food products, such as powders, desserts, and infant nutrition. You'll closely monitor production processes, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure each trial runs smoothly. You'll also analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute your expertise to the development of new products.
Working closely with your colleagues in the pilot plant, you'll help deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.

- You have previous experience working as an Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- You have experience operating spray dryers, fermentation equipment, or similar process installations.
- You're happy to work in a two-shift rotation.
- You hold a forklift certificate, or you're willing to obtain one.
- You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English.
