Functieomschrijving
As a packaging operator, you work on manual production and packaging lines in a pharmaceutical environment. You follow clear work instructions, check product quality and make sure every task is completed according to the rules. In general, your tasks are:
- Carrying out manual production and packaging activities.
- Checking product quality during the production process.
- Completing batch records, logbooks and other GMP documentation.
- Identifying and reporting deviations.
- Supporting short meetings between quality and production.
- Performing start-up, close-down and cleaning activities.
- Working according to fixed work instructions and safety rules.
- Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
Functievereisten
This role is a good fit for someone who works accurately and feels comfortable in a department with clear rules. You do not need to know everything yet, but reliability, quality awareness and teamwork are important. You match this role if you have:
- Experience in a production or packaging environment.
- Able to work accurately according to work instructions and procedures.
- Attention to quality, safety and hygiene.
- Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks carefully.
- Reliable attitude and a team-minded way of working.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work in 2 and 3 shifts.
- Experience in a GMP environment is a plus.
