Functieomschrijving
As an operator in the plastics industry, you will monitor the entire production process and work together with your team to ensure production targets are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately setting up machines and monitoring the production process to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Taking immediate action when the process does not run smoothly and resolving minor technical issues to keep production running.
- Checking finished products for quality, identifying defects and ensuring that only high-quality products leave the factory.
- Keeping the work floor clean and organized. Maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues is always a top priority.
