Functieomschrijving
As a 2-shift operator, you keep the production line running without a hitch. You make sure the machinery operates at peak performance at all times. You troubleshoot minor faults independently and carry out routine system maintenance, preventing downtime on the floor. In addition, you coordinate and direct your team members, keeping safety as your number-one priority.
During your initial onboarding, you will become thoroughly familiar with all the equipment. Rotating across various departments will help you build broad, practical experience quickly. You will configure and change over machines for new product batches, working with your team to hit daily targets. You also monitor beverage quality in line with strict compliance standards. It is a diverse and engaging role in a modern facility.
