Functieomschrijving
As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will work with modern production lines, making sure the machines run optimally and quality standards are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating and changing over production lines;
- Monitoring the production process and progress;
- Performing quality checks and inspecting products;
- Resolving minor malfunctions and carrying out first-line maintenance;
- Identifying deviations and opportunities for process improvements;
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized working environment;
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.

You have a technical mindset, work accurately and enjoy working in a production environment. You are also flexible and motivated to learn and develop yourself further.
What we are looking for:
- MBO-level education and thinking, preferably level 2 or 3;
- An affinity with technology and production processes;
- Experience as an Operator in a production environment is a plus;
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
- You are a team player with a proactive attitude.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- A salary of up to €3,360 gross per month, including shift allowance;
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
