As an Operator you keep the line running and the quality on point, in a modern production site in Etten-Leur. Your main tasks are:
- Set up and operate the line and adjust settings when needed.
- Monitor product quality and act fast when the process deviates.
- Perform changeovers and clean the line for the next run.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues to prevent downtime.
- Work safely and keep the workplace clean and organised.
- Think along on improvements together with your team.

- Experience as an operator in a production environment is a plus.
- Technical mindset and a practical way of working.

- Able to work accurately with attention to quality, safety and clean working.
