Functieomschrijving
As an Operator you keep the process running from mixing raw materials to filling, capping and packing the final product. You start with a short handover, set up your line and monitor quality, safety and output. Most of the time you work with 1 to 3 colleagues in your own unit, so it feels organised and personal. Your key tasks here are:
- Set up, operate and adjust your line so production runs smoothly.
- Monitor quality, spot deviations and take action quickly.
- Troubleshoot minor faults and prevent downtime where possible.
- Perform changeovers and clean the line for the next run.
- Record production data and communicate clearly with your team lead.
- Work safely and keep the workplace clean and organised.

- Experience in a production environment, operator experience is a plus.

- 40 hours per week with a paid 30-minute break each day.
