Functieomschrijving
As an Assistant Team Leader – High Care, you are the right-hand person to the Team Leader and the first point of contact for colleagues on the production floor. Your main responsibility is to ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting and motivating the production team.
- Planning and distributing daily tasks.
- Monitoring production progress and resolving operational issues.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures.
- Taking over the Team Leader's responsibilities when required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
Working Hours
This position is based in Venlo and operates in a two-shift schedule:
- Early shift: 06:30 – 15:30
- Late shift: 15:20 – 00:20
You will work one or two weekends per month. In return, you'll receive a weekday off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You have:
- A completed MBO-level education or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- The ability to coach, guide, and motivate colleagues.
- Good communication skills in English or Dutch (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and quality standards.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- A gross monthly salary between €2,912 and €3,770.
